This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with
English law and the courts of England shall have jurisdiction to
settle any disputes which may arise out of or in connection with

proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction if it deems
it appropriate to do so. If any provision of this agreement shall
be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable in whole or in
part, then that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement
and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining
