MODELING HIGH ELF CHAMPIONS - USING THE LORD SPRUES THROUGHOUT YOUR HIGH ELF ARMY title image.
Picture of a pile of sprues.
The sweet High Elf Lord and Mage sprues are loaded down with all kinds of weapons, icons, shields, capes, and more. Once you've built a model from either of these sprues, you'll find that there are plenty of bitz left over. What to do with all these cool bitz and bobs? Well, for one thing, you can sprinkle them throughout your army to add some character and flair to a unit's champion. This article will show off some simple modeling examples that highlight bitz from the Lord and Mage sprues being used in conjunction with the Spearmen, Archer, and Silver Helm plastics to create cool unit champions and even a few Hero models like Mages and Nobles. These examples are meant to serve as jumping off points for your own modeling ideas. So check 'em out and then see what you can come up with at home.
