BArtwork of an Empire Battle Wizard.attle Wizards hurl bolts of fire and lightning at the foe, confound them with illusions, or steal away their courage. Each of the Lores of Magic has the power to smite the enemies of the Empire, and it is a rare army that marches to war without at least one Battle Wizard. To be a Wizard is to understand the power at the heart of the world, and though each can bend one of the eight Winds of Magic to his will, such power is not wielded lightly. To lose control of such dangerous power would be to damn one's soul to an eternity of torment at the hands of the Dark Gods themselves...

On the following pages, you'll find a gallery of painted Battle Wizards. Unless noted otherwise, each model has been built directly from the sprue without any modifications. These arcane warriors are steeped in one of the eight Lores of Magic taught by the individual Colleges of Magic. Learn the methods and practices behind each of these unique schools as well as the Wizards they produce by clicking a Lore on either of the navigation bars present on this and every page in this article.
